Our Family

We fell in love with the bulldog breed a number of years ago after acquiring our first frenchie. It’s been a love affair ever since. We now share our house with a handful of frenchies and a couple of english bulldogs.

As you can imagine, our dogs keep us very busy. When we do have time, we enjoy camping and hiking in the mountains and spending time together as a family. Most of our trip reports and mountain pictures can be seen on Bivouac – a Canadian Mountain Encyclopedia that provides maps, trails, trip reports, road bulletins and photos for hiking and mountaineering across all of Canada and the USA.

Unlike labs or retrievers, bulldogs are not the type of dogs that you take on long hikes, so they usually end up staying home with the sitter for most of our outdoor adventures. They take their responsibility of guarding the house very serious, and anyone who even thinks of coming in takes the risk of being licked to death.

When you contact us, I am the one that you are most likely speaking to.  I do my best to answer every email and return phone calls in a timely manner. Please take the time to look around our site. It is full of great information and wonderful pictures of bulldogs.
